Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Clause
I acknowledge the fact that inherent to participating in any activity that requires physical exertion, there are risks of being injured. This is true with taking dance classes. This is to verify that I understand these risks, and do accept them as fact. I hereby hold harmless and release from any and all liability Devant Productions LLC DBA Hermitage Dance Academy: it's owner; Andrea Beckett Woodward, et al; any insurer or any other representatives of Devant Productions LLC DBA Hermitage Dance Academy from any and all responsibility in the event of any injury occurring as a result of my or my child's participation in any of the programs sponsored by Devant Productions LLC DBA Hermitage Dance Academy. This waiver applies also to any incident occurring in or around the dance facility as well as any parking facility connected with Devant Productions LLC DBA Hermitage Dance Academy. I also consent that my child's image may be used for promotional purposes.

Here at HDA, we don't offer trial classes, we offer our Happiness Guarantee Program. We understand that when trying something new there is a time period of getting comfortable and learning the routines and friends. We feel that sometimes, one class just isn't enough for a student to know if they truly fit in the class. We want a chance to immerse our new artists-in-training in our culture, and to ensure that each student is getting the full experience, we ask that our new students try EVERY CLASS they are enrolled in for a 30-day period. If after 30 days you feel like it is not a good fit we will end your membership with no termination fee. The registration fee is non-refundable due to the receipt of a welcome box and gifts.
