I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities. I further understand that all of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury. By registering, all parents and/or guardians agree to hold harmless from any and all liability Anderson School of Dance, LLC, its officers, employees and contractors both in their professional capacity and personally for all injury or illness resulting from or in any way connected with his/her participation in the classes, activities or special events at the studio. Anderson School of Dance, LLC assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or stolen articles. Please put your name in all your belongings and do not leave valuables unattended.

In conjunction with my participation I give permission for Anderson School of Dance, LLC to take and use photos and/or video of me or my child without remuneration in connection with studio publications, website, social media, and advertising. I understand that for the safety of our dancers and their families, names will not be published or posted publicly.

I agree to be responsible for reading studio correspondence and respecting deadlines, if applicable. I hereby acknowledge that I have read the statements above and agree to participate accordingly.
