Tuition: Tuition will be charged on the 15th of the month for the next month. Payment must be made by the 30th of the month in order to participate the following month.
If your student wishes to drop a class, please call the studio and leave a message or email so your bill can be adjusted. Students will be charged for classes for which they are registered until a message is received. Credits will not be issued for classes dropped mid-month.

Personal Property: All students are encouraged to put their name on any personal belongings that they bring to the studio. Please do not bring electronics, valuables, etc. to the studio. A & B Dance Dimensions is not responsible for damaged, stolen or lost property.

Returned Checks: There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks

Student Pickup: For the safety of our dancers, all students need to be picked up from class promptly. Any student who is consistently picked up more than 5 minutes late will be charged a fee to compensate our instructors for their time.

Advertising: A & B Dance Dimensions reserves the right to publish photos or images of our dancers on our website or promotional material. Please note that names and personal information will never be listed.

A & B Dance Health and Safety Plan 23-24

Please, do not come to the studio if you have a cough, fever or are sick.
Please, do not come to the studio if you have tested positive, or have had COVID-like symptoms, within the past 10 days.
Please, do not come to the studio if you had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, or has had COVID-like symptoms, within the past 7 days.
We reserve the right to take temperatures of anyone entering the studio using non-contact, infrared thermometers.
Anyone with a temperature of 100 ℉, or above, will be ask to leave the studio.

Students:
Students must come dressed and ready for class.
Students should bring the absolute minimum inside the studio which should include only dance shoes (not to be worn outside).
Students can bring their own water bottle clearly labeled with name with a resealable lid.
Students with multiple classes in one day, that are not back-to-back, must leave the studio until their next scheduled class time.
Students with back to back classes will need to stay in the first class studio until it is time to transition to the next class.


Lobby / Studio:
The lobby is open for parents/guardians to wait during class.
Creative movement and Preballet students MUST be accompanied to and from their respective studio by parent/guardian.
All lost and found items will be disposed of at the end of each month.

Classes / Classrooms:
Class times have been altered for staggered arrival and dismissals and cleaning.

Restroom:
Students should go to the restroom before coming into the lobby / studio.

Drop-Off:
Early drop offs are not permitted. Students should not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled class time.
Please note that punctual drop offs and picks up are ESSENTIAL Teachers will not available to supervise students who are not picked up on time.

Dismissal:
Students will be dismissed by their class.
Students 12 and younger can be picked up upstairs or will be walked to the bottom of the stairs and must be released to a parent / guardian at the downstairs front door of the studio.
Students 13 and older will be dismissed from the studio to walk downstairs to the front door of the studio.

Tuition / Payments:
In order to register for fall classes, previous balances must be paid.
Tuition fees are billed prior to classes beginning. (ie: September tuition must be paid at the time of registration).
Tuition, payments and/or fees can be dropped off in the Studio A drop box during regular business hours, or mailed to the studio at: 44-A East Main St, Waynesboro, PA 17268 or paid online through the parent portal.
All tuition, payments costs and/or fees will not be prorated or refunded.

The safety of our dancers and instructors is always our top priority. Thanks for helping us make this year a success!

A&B Dance 2023-24 Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form including COVID-19:

I HEARBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY/EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

I certify that my dancer is physically fit, has sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in the activity or event, and have not been advised not to participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which would preclude my dancer from participate in the activity or event.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in activity/events provided by A&B Dance or any activity given by their instructors, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that I may have against the instructor, participant or owners or leaseholder/owner of the building/land for injuries or damages that I/my child(ren) may sustain as a result of participating in classes/activities/events of A&B Dance Dimensions.

I agree that any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of me/my child(ren) in connection with the classes/event/showcase or activity given by A&B Dance Dimensions, can be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation at the time or any other time.

The participant and all guests agree to comply with the rules, policies, and procedures at listed in this document, on the website, posted in the facility, and as communicated by ABDD staff. Failure to comply may lead to disciplinary actions, including but not limited to time out and expulsion without refund.
As a participant, or parent or guardian of a participant, permission is granted to participate in A&B Dance Dimensions programs. I understand that there are risks of physical injury to the participant(s). I am fully aware of the risks, including catastrophic injury, paralysis and death that may result from participation in and traveling to and from A&B Dance Dimensions programs. Considering all possible risks, on behalf of the participant(s), and myself, I voluntarily waive, release, discharge and hold harmless A&B Dance Dimensions (A&B Dance Studio, LLC), its employees, supervisors, appointed officials, agents, representatives and volunteers from all claims for all injuries to participant(s), no matter how severe. Furthermore, I give consent for emergency medical treatment to the participant(s) if deemed necessary.
I am aware of the current CDC described symptoms of COVID-19 and agree not to send my child/student to classes/events/activities if any of these symptoms are present. I agree not to send my child/student to classes/events/activities if my dancer has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 10 days, have knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 7 days I understand that A&B Dance Dimensions, its owners, representatives and/or employees cannot be held liable for any exposure any other virus/illness/injury including COVID-19.
Being aware of this, I, my executors or representatives, waive and release all rights and claims for damages that I or the participant may have against A&B Dance Dimensions, its employees, volunteers, agents and officers.
By signing below, I agree to each statement above and release A&B Dance Dimensions, its owners, representatives, and/or employees along with leaseholder/owner of the building/land from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm related to participation in the A&B Dance classes/activities/events.
