We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our students and our staff. You must follow all posted instructions while at Center Stage. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Center Stage Dance and Performing Arts, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Let’s keep each other healthy and safe.
I understand the monthly tuition installment is due on the 1st of each month. If I elect the monthly budget plan, the tuition is based on the entire season's tuition and is divided into equal payments which will be paid regardless of the number of classes per month. A late fee of $30 is due after the 7th of each month & will be added to my account and will continue to accru until paid. Any account balance past 60 days is subject to collections if left unaddressed. There are no refunds or prorated credits for missed classes, no exceptions. Missed classes must be made-up within child's level within 30 days, after which time the missed classes will be non-redeemable. All accounts must also be paid up-to-date to participate in recitals, community performances and/or competitions. There is a $50 service fee for all returned checks. Dropped students may re-enter a class only after fully re-registering, provided there is still space available. Center Stage is not liable for any injury sustained during classes or at the school nor is Center Stage responsible for any lost or stolen items. I have read and understand all of the Center Stage Dance and Performing Arts' Dress Code, Etiquette, and Tuition Policy information.
