Our incredibly popular Movie Magic Classes with Zac are back! In this fun workshop, students will spend 4 days learning many tips and tricks to take their homemade videos to the next level! They practice film lighting, green screen, editing, and more! Each day brings new individual and group challenges for our students to explore.

What to Bring:
Students are required to bring a device to be used for filming (an iPad, iPod or iPhone, with iMovie downloaded or a Chrome book with WeVideo downloaded) and the charger for the device

All Hands on Deck! is a swashbuckling pirate treasure adventure story, featuring an original script and music by the SkyRise playwright team. These all-original stories are the next generation in SkyRise 1-week musical spectaculars! About the show:
Disneys Finding Nemo KIDS is a 30-minute musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie Finding Nemo, with new music by award-winning songwriting team Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves".

Adapted for young performers, this musical includes favorite Frozen songs such as “Love Is an Open Door,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?,” and “Let It Go,” as well as wonderful new songs from the Broadway production. This production of Frozen KIDS is sure to prove that “some people are worth melting for.”

Showcase performance for family: Friday, August 2 at 7 pm

Join SkyRise Choreographers Jake and Kim for this ALL NEW program. The summer dance intensive is intended for students with previous dance experience, and will help them train and grow as dancers specifically, but also performers on stage! During the week, they will cover various styles and techniques, leaving students with an appreciation for dance and the strength and style that it demands from performers! There will be a showcase for families on Friday, August 2 at 6:30 pm to see what they've learned.

**Students should dress comfortably to move each day, and bring dance footwear if available (jazz shoes or ballet slippers preferred**

ATTENDANCE is required for all rehearsals and productions- contact us about any conflicts PRIOR to auditions, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule to work with our rehearsals.

Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. About the Show: It's the first day after winter break at East High. The Jocks, Brainiacs, Thespians and Skater Dudes all find their cliques. Basketball team captain and resident jock, Troy, discovers that the brainy Gabriella, a girl he met singing karaoke on his ski trip, has just enrolled at East High. The couple cause an upheaval when they decide to audition for the high school musical. Although many students resent the threat posed to the "status quo," Troy and Gabriella's alliance might just open the door for others to shine as well.

ATTENDANCE: Check all dates below and let us know of ANY and ALL schedule conflicts you may have- This does not affect casting, however knowing conflicts a students may have helps us plan for our rehearsal schedules. NOTE: Attendance for rehearsals is incredibly important to success of the production and commitment to the team. We have a three strike unexcused absence policy- where a role may need to be replaced if not adhered by.

About the Show: Banished by the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan, a human boy named Mowgli and his panther friend, Bagheera, are on the run in the deepest parts of the jungle. On their journey, the two meet a sinister snake named Kaa, a herd of elephants and a giant bear named Baloo, who teaches them the swingin' musical rhythms of the jungle. After surviving a dangerous encounter with a band of monkeys led by King Louie, Mowgli and Bagheera are forced to run for their lives. When Shere Khan returns, our heroes must rally their fellow animals into battle and restore peace throughout the jungle.
