IN-PERSON DE Variety Class - MIXED AGES

IN-PERSON - 7 Classes - July 11th - August 22nd - MIXED AGES GROUP
A variety class designed for dancers ages 15+, who want to add to their dance training repertoire and are interested in trying out new things! This class is also a great opportunity to drop-in and trial something new before registering for a full session class in that style! Each week, the class will focus on technique and choreography in varying styles, including hip hop, lyrical, musical theatre, and jazz. Seated adaptations will be modelled as needed.
*Drop-Ins Welcome!* - If you are a NEW dancer and have not yet completed the OT intake, please ensure you have at least 1 week until your scheduled class so the OT has enough time to connect with you for the intake before hand.

A class for dancers aged 5-11. Dancers will engage in an upbeat class focused on fun and participation! This class will include warm-up, centre dance skills, and freestyle opportunities, all while bopping along to some greatest hits! Class incorporates some follow-along action songs, creative movement, as well as learning some basic Jazz and Hip Hop dance technique.

This is a virtual class with non-stop upbeat music and movement for our adult dancers! Get your weekly cardio in! This class that will get your heart rate up and keep everyone healthy and feeling good! This class will also incorporate some Hip Hop dance moves and some mini combos. Think of it as a weekly dance party or interactive "Just Dance" class with friends!
