Use the Online Store to purchase the Occupational Therapy summary report for your dancer and/or to arrange an initial intake meeting with the OT prior to the beginning of a new season. (Please Note: Initial Intake Meeting is required for NEW participants).
You can also purchase The Dance Ability Movement apparel through our Online Store. When orders are placed, The Dance Ability Movement will be in contact with you to arrange delivery to your Host Studio location for pick-up a few weeks after ordering.
