FALL/WINTER/SPRING PAYMENT POLICY
These are the payment and refund policies for CLASSES AND PRODUCTIONS

You must have a valid credit card on file for payments.
Fall/Winter/Spring tuition must be paid in full at registration, unless you opt in for auto-pay.
Class tuition is due upon registration and is non-refundable or creditable at any time.
For all production tuition, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. You can choose to pay the balance in full on the day of registration or opt for automatic monthly charges (up to 3 months, depending on when you sign up) or until the completion of the production/program.
Auto-pay payments will be deducted monthly on either the 1st or the 15th.
At the completion of each production/program, you will be charged the remaining balance for that specific production/program.
The remaining full tuition amount (after deposit) becomes non-refundable or creditable 4 weeks prior to the program starting, or after any auditions (if applicable)
The remaining tuition due will be charged the week of completed production.


SUMMER TUITION POLICY
-You must keep a valid Credit Card on file
-All Classes tuition payment is due in FULL upon registration - These are non- refundable or creditable at anytime
-All Production tuition requires a $150 non-refundable deposit. You can choose to go in and pay your balance in FULL the day of registration- or you will be automatically charged monthly (for up to 3 months (depending on when initial sign up is) or until completion of production/program.
-Auto-pay payments are deducted monthly on the 1st or the 15th.
-You will be charged the remaining balance at the week leading up to the completion of each production/program for that particular production/program
-Tuition (after deposit) is non-refundable or creditable 8 weeks prior to program starting OR/AND after any auditions (if applicable)

Below, find our Code of Conduct for all classes and productions. Please read carefully, as enrollment in a SkyRise program indicates an agreement to abide by the terms of this document.

Anti-Bullying:
SkyRise takes a firm, anti-bullying stance. There is a zero-tolerance policy pertaining to any negative physical or verbal actions against others. This includes, but is not limited to: stealing, name calling, photographing or videotaping of other students without their consent, and disrespect for others or the space. Additionally, any pushing, shoving, biting, kicking, hitting, or other unwanted physical contact may result in termination from a SkyRise program.

Participation:
Student attendance and participation in every stage of the rehearsal process is crucial to the success of the project as a whole. As such, SkyRise policy permits the removal of a student from any class or production if the student is absent from three or more rehearsals, or will be missing the final two rehearsals of a production. There are no refunds provided for students who are removed from programs due to absences. In the event that an illness prevents a student from continuing with a program, a prorated refund for the remainder of the program can be given if a doctor’s note is provided.

Pickup Time:
All students are required to be picked up no later than the end time of the program. There is a one-time, five-minute grace period for pickup, after which a late pickup fee of $1 per minute will be applied to the student’s account.

Closed Rehearsals:
Our rehearsals and classes are closed to families. We offer showcases or performances where friends and families are welcome to come see what the kids have created!

Appropriate Attire:
As students will be moving, we request certain clothing be worn to classes and rehearsals. Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows them full range of motion. If students want to wear skirts or dresses, we ask that they underdress them with leggings or shorts. We prefer dance shoes, sneakers, or other closed-toed shoes for student safety.

Allergens:
SkyRise is a nut-free facility. If your child has any additional allergies, please inform us upon registration. Snacks can be purchased at the studio for $1-2.

I acknowledge and assume the risks of my enrolled students’ participation in SkyRise Theater and any activities associated with the rehearsal and performance process. This includes, but is not limited to, actions taken in the use of dance, music, sets, performances, construction, costumes, and props. SkyRise Theater is not responsible to pay for any medical treatment and other associated costs should a child be injured over the course of a SkyRise program.

I give my permission for SkyRise to take pictures and videos of my child. I understand that these photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes, and that rehearsal and performance footage may be used in the compilation of performance videos which are available for purchase.

We require that all users keep a valid credit card on file.

Each production has a required deposit of $150 due at the time of registration. This deposit holds a performer’s spot on our cast list, and is non-refundable. In the event that injury or illness prevents the performer from participating, this deposit may be credited to the user’s account to be applied to registration for another SkyRise studio program.

Tuition for productions may be paid in-full upon registration. If full payment is not made upon registration, users will be entered into a payment plan, which will break the tuition payment into up to three monthly payments. The total remaining balance of tuition will be charged two weeks before the performance date of a production. Refunds of tuition can be provided up to two weeks before the start date of the project, but past that threshold, tuition is only eligible for credit to the account.

Class fees are due in full at the time of registration. In the event that a student needs to withdraw from a class, refunds can be provided up to two weeks prior to the start-date of the class. Past this threshold, class fees are only eligible for credit to the account.

Though SkyRise is not directly affiliated with any particular school district, we do take school weather cancellations into account when determining our closures. Should we determine that a closure is necessary, parents will be contacted via email. Text messages will be sent out only in cases of last-minute cancellations. As such please ensure that you are subscribed to receive emails from skyrisetheater@gmail.com.

We will make every effort to reschedule dates which are canceled, but due to the fullness of our rehearsal calendar, this is not always possible. Participants of SkyRise acknowledge that refunds or credits are not provided for weather-related cancellations, and by registering for a program, accept this policy.

Safety is our top-priority. As such, should a participant elect to miss a class or rehearsal due to weather-related conditions, this absence will not affect their enrollment in any program.
