FALL/WINTER/SPRING PAYMENT POLICY These are the payment and refund policies for CLASSES AND PRODUCTIONS You must have a valid credit card on file for payments. Fall/Winter/Spring tuition must be paid in full at registration, unless you opt in for auto-pay. Class tuition is due upon registration and is non-refundable or creditable at any time. For all production tuition, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. You can choose to pay the balance in full on the day of registration or opt for automatic monthly charges (up to 3 months, depending on when you sign up) or until the completion of the production/program. Auto-pay payments will be deducted monthly on either the 1st or the 15th. At the completion of each production/program, you will be charged the remaining balance for that specific production/program. The remaining full tuition amount (after deposit) becomes non-refundable or creditable 4 weeks prior to the program starting, or after any auditions (if applicable) The remaining tuition due will be charged the week of completed production. SUMMER TUITION POLICY -You must keep a valid Credit Card on file -All Classes tuition payment is due in FULL upon registration - These are non- refundable or creditable at anytime -All Production tuition requires a $150 non-refundable deposit. CODE OF CONTACT-SkyRise Theater is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all our students, patrons, volunteers and staff. To ensure safety and comfort for all, we expect all individuals to act in a mature and responsible way that respects the rights and dignity of others. This applies to all staff, students, parents, family members and guests.
Dress Code and Food- Please wear appropriate clothing that is comfortable to move in, and character shoes if your role calls for it. We are a NUT-FREE FACILITY Bring a healthy dinner, snack (If applicable) water, pencil, notebook, and homework (if needed) We also have snacks and water available for purchase for $1.
All students are expected to be picked up by a parent or authorized guardian no later than the program end time unless otherwise noted. We have included a 5 minute grace period for pick up. If a parent/guardian arrives after 5 minutes of the program end time, families will be charged a designated late fee of $1 a minute.
Photo Release- I give permission for SkyRise to take pictures of my child/and use them for business or marketing purposes. Liability Release- I understand and acknowledge that I am fully aware of and assume the risks (including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury, property loss or damage) of (1) said minor child’s participation in recreational activities at the rehearsals, dance rehearsals, vocal rehearsals, performances, set decoration, set construction and (2) his/her use of the set, costumes and theater facilities. I recognize my responsibility to ensure that said minor child participates only in those activities for which he/she has the physical ability and skill sets for. I understand that SkyRise Theater shall have no responsibility to pay for medical treatment and related costs if said minor child is injured.
SkyRise Theater Participation Policy Summary: Dismissal: Students may be dismissed for being late or absent to rehearsals more than three times, or missing the final two rehearsals. No refunds or credits will be provided. Late and Absence definitions: Late: Arriving more than 15 minutes late or leaving 15 minutes early. Absence: Missing over one rehearsal entirely. Two late instances equal one absence. Absences due to illness may be excused with a doctor's note at the discretion of SkyRise staff. Commitment and Understanding: All roles are important, and the success of the production depends on everyone's participation. Additional opportunities may arise at the director's discretion. No refunds or credits will be provided after a show has been cast or a class has begun. Discussions on casting can be done via email, while other inquiries may result in a $50 consultation fee. Closed Rehearsals/Classes: Family viewing opportunities will be communicated before the start of the program. Otherwise, all rehearsals and classes are closed to parent observation. Zero Bullying: SkyRise Theater enforces a zero-tolerance policy on negative physical or verbal actions, including stealing, bullying, and disrespect for staff and property. Students may be suspended or terminated for violating these rules, and no refunds/credits will be provided in such cases.

SkyRise Weather Policy Monitoring Weather Conditions: SkyRise closely follows local weather channels and reports to determine whether a class or rehearsal can be conducted safely. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and patrons. Cancellation of Classes/Rehearsals: If we deem it necessary to cancel a class or rehearsal due to severe weather conditions, we will notify all registered participants via email and/or text message as soon as possible. Information about cancellations will also be posted on our website and social media platforms. Rescheduling Classes/Rehearsals: In the event of a weather-related cancellation, SkyRise will make every effort to reschedule the class or rehearsal at a later date. Participants will be informed of the new date and time through the same channels as the initial cancellation notification. No Refunds or Credits: Please note that SkyRise does not provide refunds or credits for weather-related cancellations, even if a rescheduled date is not possible. By registering for a class or rehearsal, participants acknowledge and accept this policy. Participant Responsibility: We encourage all participants to stay informed about the weather conditions and to use their best judgment when deciding whether to attend a class or rehearsal during inclement weather. Your safety comes first, and we respect your decision in such situations. By understanding and adhering to the SkyRise Weather Policy, we can work together to ensure the safety of our community while minimizing disruptions to our programs.
