Instructions for Parent Portals at FALL REGISTRATION
Our 27th season registration begins on Monday, July 15th for current students and Wednesday, July 17th for new students (classes begin on Monday, September 9th). Here are some important reminders about our registration process:
1. if you are a current student (Summer 2024 or Fall/Spring 2023-2024), your ELIGIBLE classes are highlighted in GREEN. These classes were selected by your child's specific teacher so please do not register for classes not highlighted. If there is another genre you would like to try, or are new to the studio, please call or email the office so that we may help you with the selection.
2. Once you have selected classes, you will receive an email confirmation and we will start processing your registration. Once we have generated the invoice, it will be sent to you via Intuit/Quick books (We do not use this portal to invoice or accept payments). All invoices will be processed as monthly payment plans unless we are told otherwise (contact the office for quarterly, semester or in full payments). Monthly payment plans DO NOT reflect a month of dance, but are instead, your total tuition divided by 10 payments, with the first TWO payments due within TEN days of registration.
3. Your invoice will include the first TWO payments, a registration fee (if applicable) and your MONTHLY Payment Contract (will be attached to your invoice as a download). You may make payments for tuition online via the invoice, or in studio with cash or check during office hours. Please see the 2024-2025 Student Handbook for Payment Plan details (link attached to registration email).
4. You will also receive an invoice for your recital costume deposits ($25 per class that goes towards your FINAL costume invoice due December 1st), and your 2025 Recital Fee, which includes tickets to recital and a complete digital download of all recitals (see the 2024-2025 Student Handbook for details). These fees can only be paid via CASH, CHECK or BANK TRANSFER (option on your invoice) in order to keep our costs down for you.
5. Once your tuition has been paid, your contract is turned in (contracts are mandatory for monthly plans) and all deposits and fees have been settled, your registration will be complete. If you do not pay your tuition or contact the office for an extension within 10 days, your dancer will be deleted from their selected classes, as we will assume you registered by mistake.

Keep in mind that the first week of registration is extremely busy so it may take us some time to send your invoices; please be patient with us :)
